Bridging The Digital Divide offers free digital literacy sessions to older adults, seniors and elders who would like to learn more about using portable devices: smart phones, tablets and laptops.

Building digital literacy skills can help with:

  • develop confidence in using a laptop, smart phone or tablet
  • keeping in touch with family & friends
  • maintaining independence (e.g.: using an online map for errands and appointments)
  • build up resilience though learning something new

All questions and levels of experience welcome. We can also help you determine which portable device or apps would be best suited for your specific needs.

Future group work sessions include:

  • how to identify scams
  • how to keep your personal information safe
