The Fun Through Music program is seeking seniors to participate in this intergenerational music group. No music experience required. Express yourself through music, movement and more!
It’s for any seniors who enjoy being in the company of young children and their parents. This is a great social opportunity for families and seniors in our community.
Learn songs, how to use percussion instruments to keep the beat and other activities.
It’s a joyful opportunity to sing and move together (chairs are available) and have fun using simple instruments and lifting spirits in the grey winter days.
Increase your well-being and resilience while connecting with others in your community.
