Why learn food skills?

Learning to cook & having a healthy relationship with food are important life skills that everyone should have.

Food does more than just nourish our bodies. Cooking & eating with others are great ways to connect with friends, loved ones & build up our resiliency.

When: Mondays (unless otherwise noted)*

Time: 4 PM – 5:30 PM
