Capital City Volunteers (CCV) & James Bay Community Project (JBCP) together are the lead agency for the Victoria Better at Home Program. CCV provides support to low-income seniors 65 years of age & older living independently in the City of Victoria (with the exception of James Bay), who have little or no support from family or friends.

JBCP is part of the Coalition of Neighbourhood Houses which offers a continuum of supports and services to children & youth, individuals, families & seniors across the capital region.
