Why shop at the Community Closet?

Shopping second-hand is one of the many ways to participate in sustainable fashion. By giving pre-loved clothing another life, it helps reduce our impact on the environment instead of going into the landfill.

The Community Closet is the social enterprise of the James Bay Community Project, a charitable non-profit organization. Funds raised through the store supports the Project which offers free access to social services for seniors, families & youth in need as well as low-cost or free programs for the wider community.*

Thanks for supporting the Project with your visits to our store! Our volunteer team will be available to help you with your next fabulous find.
